The AV-2 is an expensive purchase that demands careful preparation. We ship your order exclusively with our trusted carrier partners. The hot tub is very securely packaged in an enclosed wooden crate – this ensures that it is delivered to you safely. Our trusted freight carriers will deliver the AV-2 curbside (i.e. your driveway).

From a liability perspective, they unfortunately cannot place the unit in your backyard. As such, we highly recommend hiring a professional hot tub mover to ensure that your unit is placed safely in its intended location. The size and weight of the product make it very difficult to move without professional help.

STEP 1: RESEARCH HOT TUB MOVERS AVAILABLE TO YOU

Use google maps and find movers using the following keywords: “Spa Mover” OR “Hot Tub Mover” or call your local hot tub store and ask for a recommended hot tub mover.

STEP 2: ASK FOR QUOTES AND COMPARE THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS

Gather quotes from at least three hot tub movers and compare the pricing offered by each. They will ask you the following questions:

• How much does the hot tub weigh? 975lbs dry
• What is the delivery pathway like? (the AV-2 needs at least 34” width and 85” height clearance at all times)

They will provide you a quote for the move.
