How Do I Replace a Broken LED Lens?Updated 5 hours ago
A damaged LED lens can be replaced once you have clear access to the light fitting. Follow the video and take care not to pull on or disturb the light wiring.
Video guide: How to Fix a Broken LED Lens
Before you begin: Turn off the spa at the circuit breaker or unplug the unit (depending on if the LED housing that needs to be replaced is on the hot or cld side) Make sure the replacement lens matches the light fitting.
Step 1: Make room to reach the light
If the spa is installed against a wall or deck, create enough access to reach the light from behind the cabinet. The full rear panel needs the same clear drop space required to remove the front panel. An angled gap may not provide enough room to remove the panel.
Step 2: Remove the cabinet panel
With power off, remove the panel needed to reach the back of the LED fitting. Keep the panel hardware together for reassembly.
Step 3: Remove the damaged lens
Carefully remove the broken lens from the fitting. Avoid pulling on the light or its wiring.
Step 4: Install the replacement lens
Align the replacement lens with the fitting and press it into place until it is seated securely.
Step 5: Reassemble and test
Reinstall the cabinet panel. Restore power at the breaker and test the light.
Important: Stop if the light fitting or wiring is damaged, wet, or difficult to reach. Do not work on the light while the spa is powered. Contact Aquavoss Support for help with electrical or wiring issues.
