Filling your spa correctly helps the pumps start with water flowing through the system. Follow these steps before turning on the spa.

Before you begin: Have a garden hose ready. Keep the spa power off while it is filling.

Step 1: Check the drain

Make sure the drain is closed and the spa is ready to hold water.

Step 2: Begin filling the spa

Place the hose in the filter well and begin filling. Filling through the filter area helps fill the plumbing and reduce the chance of air becoming trapped in the pump.

Step 3: Fill to the correct water level

Continue filling until the water is about 1 inch above the highest jet. Do not turn on the spa before the water reaches this level.

Step 4: Turn on the spa

Once the spa is full, turn on the dedicated circuit breaker. Allow the pumps to start and confirm that water is circulating through the jets.

Step 5: Set your temperature

Use the control panel to select your desired temperature. Keep the cover closed while the spa heats to help it reach temperature more efficiently.

Important: Never run the pumps while the spa is empty or partially filled. If the pumps do not begin circulating water, turn the power off and contact Aquavoss Support before continuing.
